If your Minimood or Micromood is malfunctioning, please select “Contact” from the home page and I will get back with you on sending it in for repair.

Occasionally, the bluetooth controller will fail or become erratic and no amount of powering down will help. If you haven’t unplugged it yet, try that before you send a request for repair.
